Full House Remodel in Powell, Ohio

This project began with a full kitchen remodel that includes new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, peninsula, hardwood flooring, lighting and all new trim. The great room was then renovated with all new hardwood floors and trim. We added a new fireplace as the centerpiece of the room the showcased an all new concrete hearth and surround. Metal railings lining the steps in the primary living space brought a modern touch to an often overlooked piece in the home.

Other items that we took care of throughout this project include:

• adding new upstairs closet/storage space

• renovating a half bath

• new tile around lower level fireplace
